UPAF’s Ride for the Arts on Sunday, June 5 is an established Milwaukee tradition and fundraiser for Performing Arts Members, representing the best of music, theatre, dance and song in Eastern Wisconsin. This event would not be possible without the support of volunteers like YOU!

Now in its 42 nd year, the Ride returns to the Hoan! Utilizing Interstate 794, over the Hoan Bridge, from downtown Milwaukee to Cudahy and back again, the course offers scenic views for riders of all ages and abilities. Over 2,000 riders have already registered for this year’s Ride. Join the community in this tremendous display of love for our local artists! Volunteer today! BEER TENT VOLUNTEERS will check IDs and distribute complimentary Miller Lite.

The United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) secures community resources, promotes the performing arts as a regional asset and improves the quality of life through responsible investment in and financial support of the arts in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Description

The United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) is a nonprofit, umbrella organization that supports over 40 performing arts groups in Southeastern Wisconsin through its annual fundraising campaign.

With over 2,000 music, dance, theater and opera performances each year, UPAF engages our community and shapes a diverse, vibrant cultural life for all. UPAF Member Group outreach educates 400,000 area youth each year, helping improve confidence, focus and test scores, developing innovative future leaders.
