Calling all Leaders: We want YOU to join us in supporting LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs!
StartOut is the leading nonprofit supporting LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. Our mission is to increase the number, diversity, and impact of LGBTQ+ founders and amplify their stories to drive the economic empowerment of the community.
We love connecting with mission-aligned leaders looking to amplify StartOut’s impact through shared networks, collaborating on events, and celebrating LGBTQ+ entrepreneurial success. By becoming a StartOut Programming Board member, you will be joining in our efforts to provide support to LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs so that they can grow.
This leadership community serves our founders by creating and organizing local community events. These events help provide free educational resources, networking with industry experts, investor connections, and much more.

Mission Statement
StartOut's mission is to increase the number, diversity, and impact of LGBTQ+ founders and amplify their stories to drive the economic empowerment of the community.
Description
Almost every LGBTQ+ entrepreneur has encountered unequal access to key resources needed to advance their business. Since 2009, StartOut has been the champion for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, promoted the successes of our community, and researched the economic impact of LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs.
StartOut’s educational events are designed to help entrepreneurs succeed in founding, funding, and growing their business ventures. We invite LGBT entrepreneurs at all stages of their journey to expand their knowledge and emerge equipped with the knowledge to help them launch their businesses or scale to even greater heights with renewed momentum.
