We now have an exciting opportunity for a volunteer Senior Videographer (London-based) to join ADC.

Main purpose of job: To work alongside creative and digital marketing teams for the delivery of video content for marketing purposes that can be used across multiple distribution platforms.

Department: Marketing

Position reports to: Head of Marketing

Position is responsible for: N/A

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit video content that could be used on digital channels such as website and social media
• Creative development, script writing and storyboarding in line with briefs
• Ensure that the necessary equipment for on-location shoot is present and working
• Plan the shoot with the creative team
• Create social cutdowns of longer form content for use on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Build and maintain an image and video library

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Essential

• At least 2 years of experience as a videographer with demonstrated proficiency in video production and a portfolio of your work
• A confident self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and the passion to exercise some creative flare and produce engaging, creative content
• Access to your own filming equipment (such as camera, lighting and sound) and editing software
• Ability to film on location in London if required (travel and meal expenses reimbursed)
• Ability to actively take initiative and help set things up in a start-up environment
• Ability to actively seek and give input in a collaborative team environment
• A committed team player with good communication skills
• Available to volunteer at least 7-10 hours a week

Desirable

• Experience working in an early stage star-tup and gone through a scaling phase
• Passion for the start-up life and comfortable in a role with a little ambiguity
• Experience collaborating with teams in different geographical location
