My Name is Ashley Crew; I am the Volunteer Coordinator with Bristol Hospice.
I am reaching out to you today in hopes you may be able to help. We are currently seeking 10 potential volunteers to help with Direct patient care and Clerical volunteer. For the Direct patient volunteer, you will be able to offer companionship, working with patients on hobbies/skills that they enjoy in the facility or home setting. Bristol Hospice promotes quality and comprehensive hospice care for our patients, families, and communities.
Bristol Hospice provides hospice services to meet the physical, psycho-social, and spiritual needs of individuals at the end of life. We focus on an individualized plan of care which may include, as appropriate, the following services: nursing, physicians, hospice aides, spiritual support, therapy, dietary, counseling, volunteers, durable medical equipment, supplies, bereavement services and medications related to the terminal illness.
