Volunteer Intake Coordinator

Our rapidly expanding group of volunteers is growing faster than we can keep up with! We need an individual(s) who have experience in screening/vetting applicants for alignment.
Your primary role will entail one-on-one engagement with applicants via email and zoom, as well as following the MoSo onboarding process to ensure prevention of mismatches and wasted resources.
You'd also be welcome to collaborate with our teams regarding how to optimize the volunteer search and induction process. Additionally, you'll be encouraged to perform these duties with an all-inclusive standard that will inherently make space for all people, regardless of demographics, to participate in this organization's many projects.
The right candidates will (optimally) possess/be -
*highly organizational
*excellent communication skills
*intellectual empathy
*ability to preform in a collaborative environment, but also work independently,
*proficient understanding of Google Suite, Word, Excel, Calendly/Scheduling/Time Zones, etc.

Moneyless Society is a fast-growing organization that aims to operate as a comprehensive resource hub for the individuals, peripheral organizations and communities that seek support in societal transition from current economic systems to systems that promotes sustainability and a higher quality of life for all.
It is our hope that people from all walks of life will find haven to bridge differences, circulate ideas, unite for change and ultimately form fully functioning, sustainable communities that will host housing, products and services. To eliminate the need for money is to initiate abundance of what is needed to not only survive, but to thrive.
Currently, we are working on several different, emergent projects. From books and movies to a website and a podcast, as well as several social media accounts, a regenerative farm and intentional community, Moneyless Society is rapidly expanding in many exciting directions!
We’re looking for "builders" - individuals/groups who are ready to come together and help build the bridge of awareness and solutions that will provide all life a way to escape the perils of the monetary system and opportunities to redesign society in such a way that serves humanity’s highest potential - sustainably and consciously.

- Must be at least 21
- Need to be able to dedicate 5 hrs min/week, give or take marginally, as the labor involved will be spread evenly among several team members.
- Please objectively assess your availability before committing to a role with MoSo. Be able to work individually and in a team environment, exercise creative agency when promoting MoSo's causes, communicate with extensionality.
