ORGANIZATION: Brookdale Hospice Denver

Sit with hospice patients that are actively dying and provide comfort for them by holding their hand, reading, singing, playing an instrument, being present.

As a hospice volunteer, you are specially trained to provide support to hospice patients. With your presence, you'll create a safe and sacred space for the patient. You can read to them, hold their hand, sing, play an instrument. Just being present for them is an amazing gift of your time.

Contact Stephanee Lopez, Volunteer Coordinator at 720-297-2535 or for more information.

Must pass background check, drug screen, TB test, and complete orientation (at your own pace).
