Healthcare-NOW is conducting a national healthcare survey, which we're calling the "2022 Healthcare Census." Our goal is to interview 10,000 Americans about their access to healthcare, health insurance coverage status, difficulties affording care, medical debt, and whether they'd like to get involved with the social movement to win healthcare as a right.
In order to meet our goal, we will need 500 volunteers to sign up as interviewers, and commit to conducting at least 20 surveys. Volunteers can interview their friends and family; they can table in public (with safe COVID precautions); or we can help identify people to be surveyed from our list of members. Surveys can be conducted in person or online, depending on your own COVID precaution level.
We'd love to have your help in conducting this historic outreach campaign, which will paint a vivid picture of the healthcare crisis in America, and allow us to speak with thousands of new potential volunteers in the Medicare for All movement!

Healthcare-NOW is fighting to win a national single-payer healthcare system because access to healthcare is basic to human dignity. To win, we must build a powerful social movement through education and action, so our work focuses on raising up the voices of patients who feel isolated in their struggles with the healthcare system, educating activists to gain the knowledge and skills they need to become leaders, and mobilizing our movement through collective action.
