ORGANIZATION: Open Door Policy

  • 2 people are interested

At Open Door Policy, our vision is to connect as many displaced people to sustainable employment in the shortest time possible. We run employability training programs to upskill and connect refugees "in limbo" to remote work opportunities globally.

As an Employment Partnerships Volunteer, you'll be central to managing our Employment Partners Ecosystem, which includes professional services organizations, startups, and tech companies worldwide.

The scope of volunteering includes:
1. Continue to build outreach/prospecting efforts for existing Employment Partner profiles such as BPOs/mid-sized services organizations and technology companies
2. Identify other high potential segments and companies that can benefit from hiring remote refugee talent
3. Ensure tracking & visibility by logging sales activities on existing platforms used such as Trello
4. Contribute learnings and best practices to the overall Outbound process
