We are looking for Veteran Volunteers to visit our hospice veterans. Your military experience makes you a perfect friend and visitor to our veteran patient. As a fellow veteran only you can fully understand the military experiences of a fellow vet and provide the support they desire.
Visits are strictly friendly visits. Listening, talking and reminiscing can be the foundation of building a relationship with your vet. Quiet presence - Unspoken words - can lend enormous support demonstrating a sense of caring about him or her.
