For the first time ever, we are co-hosting a river clean up with Riverlink to celebrate World Ocean Day. Where: At the Swannanoa River below the Nature Center When: Saturday, June 11th, 10am-12pm. Who: Ages 7 and up What: After we clean up the river, volunteers are invited to bring a picnic lunch and we will do a BioBlitz at the riverside. BioBlitz's are a great way to learn about the wildlife that lives in our rivers! Please email volunteers@wildwnc.org if you are interested in volunteering!
