Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Crohn's & Colitis Foundation

Take Steps is the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's (CCFA) largest nationwide fundraising campaign, helping to accelerate the progress of breakthrough research and to support critical patient programs. Take Steps also brings the community together in a fun, family-friendly and supportive atmosphere so patients know they are not alone.

Volunteers are needed to assist with the walk's logisitics by helping with set up, signage, assisting with the traveling STEM exhibit, during the event, and breakdown. The interactive STEM exhibit includes a giant blue, poop emoji-shaped tent with interactive exhibits inside. You'll be able to enjoy the beauty of the Carlsbad Flower Fields while helping a great cause.

By helping with the Take Steps Walk, you'll help CCFA find cures, raise awareness about their mission and help patients, families, loved ones, care givers, medical staff become more familiar with all they do.
