As the Volunteer Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for the recruitment process of international volunteers for our on-site projects in Perú. Working closely with the Volunteer Recruitment Coordinators in Germany and Perú, as well as with the General Director, you will ensure that recruitment procedures are followed according to our internal guidelines and help us in finding new volunteers!


● Respond to all International applicants by email, collect all documents from applicants and conduct interviews for the selection of international interns and project volunteers. This responsibility can be divided between the Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator and the Volunteer Recruitment Assistant.

● Update the volunteer excel documents and upload all application documents to Google Drive.

● Liaise with the volunteer coordinator, the recruitment coordinator in Perú, and the general director.

● Participate in regular meetings with the Volunteer Recruitment coordinator & in monthly team meetings.


● English - fluent (written and spoken). Intermediate spanish skills required.

● Previous experience volunteering in an organization abroad.

● Excellent intercultural communication skills

● Excellent self-management and organization skills

● High level of team-work, creativity and responsibility

● Minimum 6 months commitment


● The position is voluntary (unpaid) and part-time (around 5-10 hours/week)

● Work hours are flexible

● A letter of reference and certificate will be provided at the end of the term

Como Asistente de Reclutamiento de Voluntarios serás responsable del proceso de reclutamiento de voluntarios internacionales para nuestros proyectos en Perú. Trabajando estrechamente con los Coordinadores de Reclutamiento en Alemania y Perú, así como con la Directora General, te asegurarás de que se sigan los procedimientos de reclutamiento de acuerdo con nuestras directrices internas y nos ayudarás a encontrar nuevos voluntarios!


● Responder a todos los postulantes internacionales por correo electrónico, recoger todos los documentos de los solicitantes y realizar entrevistas para la selección de practicantes internacionales y voluntarios de proyectos. Esta responsabilidad puede dividirse entre la Coordinadora de Reclutamiento de Voluntarios y el Asistente de Reclutamiento de Voluntarios.

● Actualizar los documentos de Excel de los voluntarios y subir todos los documentos de solicitud a Google Drive.

● Mantener el seguimiento con el coordinador de voluntarios, la coordinadora de reclutamiento en Perú, y la directora general.

● Participar en reuniones periódicas con la coordinadora de Reclutamiento y en las reuniones mensuales del equipo.

Requisitos Previos

● Inglés - avanzado (escrito y hablado). Se requiere un nivel intermedio de español.

● Experiencia previa de voluntariado en una organización en el extranjero.

● Excelentes habilidades de comunicación intercultural.

● Excelente capacidad de autogestión y organización.

● Alto nivel de trabajo en equipo, creatividad y responsabilidad.

● Compromiso mínimo de 6 meses


● El puesto es voluntario (no remunerado) y a tiempo parcial (unas 5-10 horas/semana)

● El horario de trabajo es flexible

● Se entregará una carta de referencia y un certificado al final del periodo
