Culpepper Garden will hold its BBQ and Blooms Summer Bash on Saturday, June 4 th. This event raises funds to provide subsidies to assisted living residents who can no longer afford their cost of care.
Volunteers are needed to help with set up, clean up, silent auction check-out, greeting and directing guests, and bartending (must be 21 years of age and older to help serve alcohol). Volunteers eat free and are welcome to stay and enjoy the event before or after their shift.

Description
Culpepper Garden is an award-winning, affordable community for low-income older adults over age 62. Our 346 apartments provide a high-quality, nurturing environment that allows older residents to age in place. Our assisted living wing, which accommodates residents as their needs increase, was the first of its kind in the United States and is still the only one in Arlington for low-income older adults. Each year, more than 100 volunteers and community partners provide activities and programs to improve and enhance the lives of our residents.
