Volunteer as a Big Sister to creative Adriana, a 14-year-old Latina teen. Adriana is hoping to be matched with a supportive role model who can bring inspiration and positivity into her life and engage her in a shared interest in the arts. Adriana’s favorite art forms are drawing, painting, and clay/pottery! She also enjoys laser tag, bowling, and arcades. The ideal Big for Adriana would be a caring adult (25-40 years old). Volunteers from all religions, races, ethnicities, and backgrounds are welcome!
Bigs commit to meeting with their Littles twice/month for at least a year; training is provided. Matches receive support from social workers with experience working with children and families. Apply now (www.jbbbs.org/volunteer), or email tania@jbbbs.org with any questions!
