If you have an ear for good music, and an eye for talent, you may want to consider a career in A&R. As a volunteer A&R for the IACS, your job is to discover and recruit Hampton Roads unsigned recording artists to sign-up to play in IACS games.

CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN HAMPTON ROADS, VA.

Some of the perks of an IACS-A&R:

• The valuable A&R experience that could lead to bigger and better opportunities within the organization or elsewhere;
• You will be establishing yourself as an ambassador of indie music in Hampton Roads;
• As the MSL is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, you will be giving back to your community as a volunteer;
• Free merchandise;
• Free admission to MSL events and IACS games, plus complimentary tickets for friends and family;
• Lastly, you gotta admit how cool it would be to become one of the first-ever scouts for the world's first-ever music performance sports league;

For any artist you recruit, you will have the exclusive privilege to provide them a "black card" that'll have a special code that'll waive that artist's competition fee should they be drafted to play in the IACS. So, do your community a service by discovering the next potential superstars by joining our volunteer A&R Team.
