This person will have the opportunity to join our Board of Directors.
The ideal Director of Information Technology will have both the skills to oversee our key technology-based systems (Microsoft SharePoint Office, Outlook email, Salesforce CRM database, WordPress website) and the strategic and business planning experience and skills to actively participate in guiding the growth and direction of the organization.

Mission Statement
Conservation Volunteers International Program is an environmental nonprofit dedicated to helping sustain some of the world's greatest landscapes, cultural heritage sites and biodiversity. We accomplish our mission by organizing volunteer travel to extraordinary destinations where our trip participants volunteer on environmental conservation projects.
Description
ConservationVIP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We began our volunteer work in 2007 with one volunteer trip which helped one of the world's most amazing environments - Torres del Paine National Park in Patagonia, Chile. Since then, thanks to the support of many volunteers, we have expanded to support ten destinations with extraordinary environmental, cultural, or biodiversity importance, including Machu Picchu in Peru, the Galapagos Islands, and Costa Rica.
Under our stewardship, more than 1,500 volunteers have contributed over 55,000 volunteer hours to protect these extraordinary places. By matching the enthusiasm of people who like to travel, with opportunities to help the places they want to visit, we have created a community of volunteers who have truly helped the places they love.
