Join Brookdale Hospice! We have many locations that we serve in the Cleveland/Akron/Canton area. Establish friendships, develop skills and connect with patients from all walks of life. Make a difference by reading, talking a stroll, chatting about the weather and creating a connection with a senior in your area.
