WEST LA - 2ND SATURDAY EVERY MONTH - AUG 10
We work as a team in walking the streets assigned for 2 hours picking up litter and making our community cleaner to look at.
We provide the equipment (grabbers, vests and bags) - please bring gloves, if you have them.
MEET: Brentwood Science Magnet Elementary, 740 South Gretna Green Way.
TIME: 8:30-10:30am
We go for optional coffee afterward in order to socialize and meet your neighbors and celebrate how much difference we made in the community "look".

Mission Statement
We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, cleaner, environmental friendly, litter-free place. With the help of amazing community volunteers, we organize cleaning events to clean our local streets of litter and through the Adopt A Highway Program we clean a 3 1/2 mile section of the 118 Freeway from the on and off ramp of Tampa to the on and off ramp of Balboa both the north and south sides.
Description
I need volunteers who would like to assist in community street litter pick up events and also for our section of the Adopt A Highway program on the 118 for litter pick up.
