Chrysalis is a non-profit that serves people navigating barriers to the workforce by offering a job-readiness program, individualized supportive services, and paid transitional employment. We empower our clients on their pathway to stability, security, and fulfillment in their work and lives.
YOU can make a real difference in the lives of people in the Inland Empire who are willing, ready, and able to become self-sufficient through employment.
Chrysalis volunteers play an integral role in empowering clients to build specific skills related to the job search process and instilling the self-esteem needed to succeed beyond the interview. There are many ways that volunteers help to support our programs, including:
- Online Job Applications
- Cover Letters
- One-on-one resume preparation
- One-on-one practice interviews
- Training is provided for both
Volunteers are currently needed Monday - Thursday during the hours of 8 am-4 pm and Friday from 8am -12pm. We have weekly and bi-weekly opportunities available. Please note, you must be 18 or over to volunteer.
Are you ready to help change the lives of our clients? If so, head on over to our website and submit an application to volunteer: https://changelives.org/volunteer/
