WarriorConnect gratefully has an online presence, especially via Instagram (@warrior_connect). Through our Instagram, we help connect warriors from all around the world, raise money for care packages, and spread awareness about various health conditions.
The social media manager would be helping overseeing and executing the posting schedule, responding to DMs as needed, and writing up our Warrior Highlights. They would work closely with our graphic design specialist and content creator to ensure posts are scheduled out 1-2 weeks in advance. This person would also attend our weekly executive team meetings at least 2 Fridays a month at 7PM PST online to collaborate with the rest of the executive team.
The social media manager plays a huge role in our organization and we are looking for someone enthusiastic about this role! Not much prior experience is needed as we will work with you to teach you everything you need to know. A 12-month minimum commitment with 2-3 hours weekly at the minimum. However, aside from the weekly 60-minute meeting on Fridays at 7 PM PST, these hours can be at your convenience.

WarriorConnect is a nonprofit organization with the mission of bringing connection to those battling health issues so that they are reminded that they have support and feel a sense of community. We achieve this by assembling and delivering care packages to people battling any health obstacle whether it be mental, physical, acute, or chronic. We use social media to provide education and raise awareness about different health conditions and to provide a platform for warriors to share about their unique experiences with health issues. WarriorConnect is run by a team of passionate, kind advocates located all around the US.
