Harbor Hospice values our Veterans whether they're patients, caregivers, family, staff, or volunteers.
Our military patients would appreciate the companionship of a fellow veteran to talk shop and share memories. The military experience is special to those who have lived it. Come share your time with a fellow brother or sister.
Things you can do for our patients:
- Help write their life history
- Read or sing to them
- Caregiver relief
- Home maintenance/Repair
- Celebrate birthdays or honor military events together
Harbor Hospice has multiple volunteer opportunities that are both restorative to our patients and our volunteers. The end of life is a sacred time for all of us. Let's come together and give back to those in hospice!
