Summary: Be a part of the largest celebration of positive aging! We are actively seeking volunteers to assist us at our 17th Annual Inspire Positive Aging Awards Luncheon celebration. IPAA is a special event to highlight and honor the contributions of exemplary older adults throughout King County who have been nominated by their peers, family, colleagues, and community.
Full Description: Join our Event Volunteer Team! The tear-down crew will assist the staff with making sure everything is packed up and accounted for. This includes retrieving signage, packing up centerpieces, nametag holders, nomination lane, the photo booth, registration, and raffle station.
Requirements: Need to be comfortable working with others you may not know. Need to be able to lift 10-50lbs. Having prior packing and boxing skills is preferred. The dress code is business casual.

Established in 1967, we support almost 54,000 older adults, disabled persons, and those who care for them annually in King County.

Our eleven programs operating throughout numerous community and senior center sites are constantly striving to expand the provision of food security, transportation, health & wellness, and assistance services to under served and marginalized populations. We are committed to helping all people, especially those in low-income communities and communities of color, obtain the services they need while feeling included and respected in a community that affirms aging.
