Recruiting Organization: The Fit and Food Connection

Bring your safe driving record and desire to make a difference to join our team as a food pickup and drop off volunteer. Volunteers may pickup and deliver on Saturday or Sunday, sort on Sunday, or volunteer on both days.

Food Sorting:

• Food is sorted every Sunday 12:00pm at our food pantry in North County.

Food Delivery:

• On Sundays, volunteers pickup packed groceries at our food pantry in North County at 1:30pm and deliver the food in their own personal vehicles to our clients. Routes are provided prior to arrival and families are expecting their arrival. Drivers will call the contact on their route with an estimated time of arrival.

We are looking for leaders who are willing to make a long-term commitment.

The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit organization serving our neighbors in the St. Louis community. We provide wellness offerings to low-income families and empower our clients to get healthy through our free fitness and nutrition programs.
