Executive Service Corps- Florida’s mission is to deliver high-impact, reasonably priced management consulting services to nonprofit organizations, using volunteer senior level executives whose real-world experience provides achievable and effective solutions.

If you’re a retired C-Suite executive or were senior management in either the private or public sectors, volunteering with us is the next logical step to help Florida’s nonprofits succeed! Our volunteer Senior Consultants provide capacity-building-type consulting services to Florida nonprofits. Examples of these services include strategic planning. executive coaching and executive search, succession planning, systems analysis/development, and marketing, to name a few. As a virtual organization working in this space for many years, we have been at the forefront of offering our services to our clients virtually in keeping with COVID-19 pandemic best practices. However, whenever possible, we also work with our clients in-person when it’s safe to do so.
