It is our mission to improve quality of life for our residents, patients, family members and staff. We are committed to complying with all applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Compassionate Care Hospice has defined as its mission to affirm life during its final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families; by providing access to hospice care for underserved or difficult to serve populations; by wise and efficient use of available resources, and by educating the community in order to provide them with knowledge regarding end-of-life and hospice care around quality of life.

Description

Compassionate Care Hospice provides specialized care and support for patients and families. The hospice team includes nurses, social worker, chaplains, counselors, home health aides, and volunteer coordinator/ trained volunteers.
