Requirements:
· 18+ years of age
· 15+ hours per week (Monday - Friday), occasional weekends
Fundraising volunteer description:
- Assist Development Consultant in identifying and pursuing individual, institutional, and government funders
- Play a key role in grant prospecting research (foundations and corporations)
- Play a key role in compiling profiles on high-net-worth prospective donors
- Assist with writing grant proposals and reports
- Assist with planning and executing fundraising events
- Conduct research to identify recent statistics on workforce development and poverty to be used in grant proposals and on website
- Work with Communications department to carry out online fundraising initiatives via Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Design and carry out a crowdfunding campaign
