Recruiting Organization: Mount Madonna Center

Mount Madonna Center is now looking for a few resident volunteers in a variety of areas. We have openings in a variety of areas like the kitchen, land stewardship, dish room, landscaping, gate, garden, maintenance, etc. (especially plumbers and general contractors). Most volunteer positions are 2-3 months long. There is potential to transition to becoming a paid employee depending on skillset and available positions or extending one's time as volunteer.

Volunteers generally volunteer 27 hours per week. Meals and accommodations are included.e

Currently, Mount Madonna Center requires all volunteers and employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Mount Madonna Center is a multi-generational intentional space for people choosing a lifestyle of conscious self-development. A deep relational field fostered during the Center's many decades of community life provides a familial space for those who find themselves here for any length of time.
