DEWA Park Visitor Ambassadors 2022
ORGANIZATION: National Park Service
Please visit the new page to apply.
Park Ambassadors will assist visitors and park staff while stationed outdoors at popular locations, such as waterfalls or beaches, or asked to rove one of the park’s many recreational trails. Many Park Ambassadors will be asked to assist with overcrowding on our park’s busy parking lots, especially on weekends. In addition to serving as visitor liaisons, they are additional eyes and ears for the park, alerting staff to maintenance needs and safety issues.
Volunteers are expected to wear identifying clothing (DEWA Volunteer Uniform items) to indicate their volunteer status and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the activity they are performing.
