Volunteers are needed for our Lunch at the Library Programs. The Lunch at the Library program will run from June 13, 2022 to July 22, 2022. Will need to come during the six weeks Monday-Friday. Volunteers will assist in the distribution of lunches as well as the cleanup. Volunteers will be require to complete a Food Safety beforehand which we will provide access to. Public libraries in California seek to engage the talents, skills and commitment of volunteers to serve the communities' information and literacy needs. Libraries offer a variety of skilled volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to library programs, operations, fundraising events and other community engagement functions. Skilled volunteers have opportunities to lead projects, work with teams of staff and volunteers, learn new skills, and have fun.
