A Healthier You, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through holistic mind-body services. Our mission is to promote mental, spiritual, physical, and social well-being, creating healthier, more mindful communities.

We are looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper/Treasurer who shares our passion for making a positive impact. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our programs, helping us continue to serve our mission effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bookkeeping tasks using Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and budgets for AHY’s programs and events.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors (BOD) by attending quarterly meetings (4 times per year) and presenting financial updates.
• Track and monitor income and expenses, ensuring compliance with nonprofit financial standards.
• Assist with creating financial strategies to support AHY’s mission and future growth.
• Ensure all financial information is accessible, transparent, and ready for grant applications or audits.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (nonprofit experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with creating budgets and financial reports.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Commitment to AHY’s mission of promoting holistic health and well-being.
