The organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through 5 core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting & effective decision-making. The organization is looking for an Outreach Manager and offers unpaid internship programs in Outreach departments. Suppose you are also concerned about children’s mental health and want to learn more about the SEL program. Join us! Be a member of Resilience, Inc.

Daily Expectation

Be familiar with our core topics, including self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, and decision making and goal settings.

Provide strategy and analytical support for outreach department and required projects.

Serve as advisor and coordinator for program-specific, policy, and communication actions with subject matter experts and project managers.

Develop and maintain strategic communications tools to enhance information sharing across the organization as it pertains to external partnerships and engagement

Gather, organize and synthesize historical programmatic information and records to develop compelling support for products, tools, and initiatives.

May conduct primary research, compiling information for talking points, presentations, or floor activity as required.

Requirements

Utilize knowledge of relationship-building skills, problem-solving models, social work roles, social welfare policy, and strategy design.

Work independently.

Ability to work on a team can attend weekly remote meetings.

Reliable, punctual.

Pay attention to details.

Consistently communicate with team members.

Process eagerness to learn and an open mind to improve critical skills.

Receptive to improve problems and solving skills.

Objective learning.

Learning Outcomes

Our mission may take a decade or longer, and many believe it is extremely difficult, near impossible to change the field of education in this manner. Challenge accepted.
