Mission Statement

We develop the next generation of climate resilience leaders by connecting our members with resources, peer and professional networks, and opportunities for action to advance a sustainable, safe, and equitable future.

Description

RYN was founded upon four pillars:

Education: We host informational webinars on climate resilience solutions, skill development workshops, and provide opportunities to connect with experts in virtual speaker events.

Equity: We work to bring in underrepresented groups into climate resilience thought leadership, projects, and advocacy.

Engagement: We help our members get involved with their communities and with opportunities for action. We teach advocacy skills and connect our members with resilience projects where they can improve communities and develop their skills.
