ORGANIZATION: Charter Health Care

Charter Healthcare and Serene Care Hospice is seeking veterans or active duty military to provide companionship to hospice patients that had served our country. Companionship volunteers can do a variety of things to improve the mental health of our patients. Sharing stories, playing cards, watch television, and being an escort to religious services. Here at Charter, we are a partner of We Honor Veterans, a program of the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization. In wounded times, no veteran fights alone.
