Help Make Homes Safer on May 5 as we partner with the North Texas Food Bank to serve those in the Rowlett community. We will be sharing life-saving Home Fire Safety information with residents (and collecting requests for smoke alarms) as the North Texas Food Bank loads food into cars.

Join us again on May 6 as we partner with the Rowlett Fire Department to install free smoke alarms in homes that have a need.

Lunch, water and snacks will be provided both days. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Training will be provided the morning of, prior to the start of the event.

Shifts available. Serve one or both days. You do not have to be a current Red Cross volunteer...bring a friend!

*Please note that you may participate in Red Cross events if you are not vaccinated against COVID-19 so long as you wear a mask, and that you wear a mask at the request of a client regardless of your vaccination status. Masks will be provided at each event.
