DUTIES:
Assist facilitator with Zoom support meetings, Take clear and concise notes of participants' and facilitator's resources discussed in the meeting. Assist clients with sign-in and technical issues. Commit to one 3-hour shift per month for 8+ months of service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be located in the USA to participate.
Must be reliable and available for scheduled meetings as posted on our support group page: https://www.lymedrc.org/support-groups/ Empathetic listener possessing exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable reading databases. Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Office and Google products. Exhibit a high degree of ethics and integrity in dealing with personal data.
Ability to research and identify new resources a plus!

Must be available the following Saturdays: 5/6, 6/10, 7/8, 8/5, 9/9, 10/7, 11/4, 12/9

04:00 PM to 06:45 PM
Must be available on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
