Q3 Executive Intern
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from our Members as well as staffing teams to drive project success.
This is a volunteer role for hands on field work to add to your Resume.

You'll be working on teams to complete your goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and Staff for your teams
- Drive development of our Members
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications:
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with Staffing, Coaching, and forecasting
- Strong communications skills
Payment:
- Unpaid
Communication Requirements:
- Reliable Internet
- At least one day a week to respond to all emails
Hours of communication are Monday- Friday, 11:30 a.m.- 6:00pm EST.
