*This is a one year service term as a full-time AmeriCorps VISTA Member beginning July 5, 2022

Member Duties : Be part of a growing, economic mobility focused project that will enhance services via an EnVision Center at Snowy Mountain Development Corporation in Lewistown, Montana! The overall goal of this VISTA project is to build the infrastructure that will create a strong foundation for a sustainable EnVision Center at Snowy Mountain Development Corporation (SMDC). The VISTA Members will develop evidence-based strategies to best serve low-income community members through the enhancement of the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) sponsored EnVision Center. For the initial year of this project, the VISTA Members will focus on assessing housing needs in the area, as well as bolster support financially and through the development of solid partnerships. The VISTA Members will also create effective communication plans that increase awareness of EnVision Center services that will education and engage community members.
