Looking for a way to reach veterans in Indiana? Kindred Hospice is looking for eager volunteers who would like to work with our Hospice Veterans! Here at Kindred, we are a Level 5 in the We Honor Veterans program. This is the highest level you can achieve and a prestige honor that we take a lot of pride in.
In the midst of another potential COVID surge, we are looking for those who are willing to help Veterans in any way possible! This can be makings blankets, cards, gift packages, anything! We are looking for those who are willing to donate any of their goods/ time! Kids, adults, retirees, anyone!
Please reach out to Kylie Hagarty (Volunteer Coordinator) with any interest or ideas that you might have! With Veterans Day coming up in November, there is plenty of need for honoring those who deserve it the most.

If you are searching for a way to make a difference in the lives of others, you belong here. Hospice volunteers are a valuable part of our care team. Based on your interests and preferences, receive specific volunteer training to help improve the quality of life for others.
From providing companionship at a patient’s bedside, to running errands, and from assisting with administrative duties to creating gifts for patients and their families, one of our volunteer coordinators will help you discover the best fit for you.
