By providing fitness workshops to our participants; they are learning healthy tools that will help them make new habits that are beneficial to their mental health.

Workshops are typically an hour long and will be scheduled between 9am-6pm.

Healthy habits/hobbies will help our participants to have a smoother transition from our programs into permanent housing.

Exercise improves mood, boosts energy, and promotes better sleep.

Our Emergency Interim Housing Program has anywhere from 80-125 participants. Not all will participate. Workshops are not mandatory and are offered to all our participants. Participation will vary from 1 to 11 people at a time.
