Objectives of Role

1. Act as teaching assistant for daily summer camps for kids
2. Assist in student recruitment efforts
3. Assist in program evaluation

Responsibilities

• Participate in all summer camp programs as a teaching assistant
• Communicate directly with parents
• Work with program staff on existing recruitment efforts
• Create new recruitment tactics and pilot them
• Track results and evaluate both new and existing efforts
• Prepare evaluation tools for the end of each week of summer programming.
• Conduct program evaluations
• Make suggested changes.
