Recruiting Organization: WiBF (Women in Business & Finance)

We are an Italian community of under35 women talking about career, entrepreneurship and finance.

Main activities:

• Manage the entire recruiting process: from the job posting and screening of the curricula , to the candidate interviews
• Collaborate with the different divisions and the HRBP for the identification of the key figures and skills that are need by the association
• Monitoring and tracking the application process in order to understand if the goals have been achieved

What we look for?

• At least 6 month of proven work experience as a recruiter
• Critical-thinking and problem solving skills
• Hard-working and proactive attitude. You must give everything you’ve got to achieve the goals and widespread WIBF’s values.
• Ability to connect with others. You’ll have to communicate with passion our vision in an empathic way, if you’re going to win over candidates.
• Fluent in English.
• 365 Office / Google
