Finance/Accounting Aide:

Responsibilities:

• Engage current and prospective city council members on opportunities to partner with our non-profit organization, including communicating program outcomes and results.
• Communicate monthly updates of current funding impacts.
• Assist in budget management.
• Seek out and secure new financial sponsors for the company.
• Maintain current sponsor relationships.
• Prepare sponsor and donor packages.
• Assist the Executive Leadership Team in the preparation and development of financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
• Prior experience in fundraising, financial planning, budgeting.
• Preferred degree in accounting, business or related field

Time: 4 to 6 hours per week

Location: Volunteer virtually from anywhere in the United States.
