Job description
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks
HR Assistant responsibilities include updating our staff/volunteer records, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Update our database with including contact details and staff forms
- Screen resumes and volunteer forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office, Google Suite
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Exceptional organizational skills
