We are looking for community-focused individuals with a genuine desire to improve the lives of local youth. As a Mission Ambassador of Larry Thomas Youth Development, you will proactively promote our mission and vision of creating tomorrow's leaders today, utilizing your skills, talents, resources, and network to support our mission.
Responsibilities include attending quarterly meetings, actively participating in community events and programs, fundraising, assisting with strategic planning, and serving on committees. Join us in our governance efforts to make a positive impact on the youth in our community.

Description
After his passing, Larry’s parents, Joseph and Charley, found themselves reflecting on their son’s life. They recalled the wonderful stories and heartfelt memories shared by the young people at his funeral services. Although they knew he was actively involved with the youth, they had no idea how far he had reached into the community and the impact he had on so many people. They wanted to take action and honor their son. They quickly arrived at the point of asking themselves, "What can we do to continue Larry’s legacy?"
Starting a non-profit seemed to be the next logical step.
