Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS) needs volunteers for our annual 5K fundraising event.

Race Judicata, Chicago Volunteer Legal Services' annual 5K run/walk fundraiser, is the event of the year for the Chicago legal community. We are looking for volunteers in gear check, the water stations and to guide the runners on the course. We have four different start times (4:45p.m., 5:00p.m., 5:30p.m., and 6:30p.m.). Time commitments range from as little as 1.5 hours to as many as 3.5 hours.

CVLS' mission is to coordinate, support and promote the voluntary pro bono legal representation of the Chicago area's poor and working poor.

No experience required. We will train you on Race Day. All volunteers will receive a goody bag, t-shirt, and wrist band for ages 21 and over. You'll be able to pick up your swag at the race site at the volunteer tent.
