HomeFirst Services is a non-profit agency working to end homelessness by offering a full spectrum of services to help people find a home, improve their lives and stay housed.
Helpline volunteers answer calls from community members seeking services.
Volunteers are trained in common scenarios and how to refer callers to the appropriate resources.
Volunteers return voicemails and assist staff with logging call information.
Staff is on site with volunteers to answer questions and offer support.

3 Shifts

  • morning / 09:00 AM to 11:45 AM
    One volunteer needed each morning Monday - Wednesday
  • afternoon / 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM
    One volunteer needed each afternoon Monday - Wednesday
  • afternoon / 02:45 PM to 04:45 PM
    One volunteer needed each afternoon Monday - Wednesday
