Sunset Center volunteers are highly engaged members of our community who are committed to the future of the Center. Volunteers from the Monterey Peninsula make up the lifeblood of our organization by generously donating their time to Sunset Center. They serve as ushers, ticket takers, concession helpers, gallery hosts, and ambassadors.

In accordance with current guidelines from the California Department of Public Health, Sunset Center no longer requires COVID-19 vaccine verification or proof of a negative test prior to entry. Some exceptions may apply to event presented in the venue by other organizations. Masks are welcome and encouraged while indoors.

We will follow requirements from artists and presenters for backstage and front of house.
Where there are no additional restrictions, staff and volunteers may use their discretion. KN95 masks will be made available to any volunteer who wishes to wear a mask for the event.

SCC is always actively recruiting new volunteers. If you'd like to join our volunteer team for our upcoming 2022-2023 season, please visit our website at www.sunsetcenter.org/volunteer.htm or email: volunteers@sunsetcenter.org.
