Have farm experience? Skilled in outdoor learning and activities? Love working with children? We're embarking on this brand NEW Camp Kidzu adventure to Hillsborough’s Coon Rock Farm and we want YOU to join us. Help campers ages 3-5 experience the beauty of the great outdoors, gain first-hand knowledge about a variety of plants and animals, and find out how farms function sustainably.

We aim to inspire children and the adults in their lives to learn through creative play. Kidzu's vision for the future is to become an innovator in museum-based learning for children and families and one of the best community children's museums in the country - that is, to excel at serving, celebrating and reflecting its community. Kidzu believes all children should have access to learning experiences that challenge and delight them and environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, unlimited discovery and safe risk-taking.

Description

We are a hands-on museum that features interactive exhibits and educational programs geared to children infant to tween. We have been providing playful learning experiences that stretch young children's minds, bodies and imaginations since 2006. Kidzu Children's Museum is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 14
  • Orientation or Training
  • At least one full week of camp (5 consecutive days), 8:30am-4:30pm each day
  • New in 2022, all Kidzu staff, volunteers, and interns must complete the full COVID-19 vaccine series or receive a valid medical or religious exemption.
