We're looking for an experienced web-designer/graphical artist to maintain pages for our efforts related to medicine shortages in hospitals.

This is an example:
https://www.woidmo.org/campaigns/campaign-ukraine-med-aid/

We would like to redo some pages- banners, images and some of the formatting. Help with ideas about branding and design concepts is highly encouraged. We're looking for a person who is creative, thinks outside of the box, is collaborative but at the same time can work out concepts for engaging content independently.

The ideal candidate is familiar with Elementor (in depth!), CSS and a photoshop wizzard. We also want you to demonstrate affinity with our mission. Why are you passionate about working on this?

If you're an ideas person who can translate concepts into reality seamlessly, we'd be interested to hear form you. As mentioned, this opportunity is a possible hire for the right candidate who gels with our team, has commercial insights and can operate in a highly dynamic environment.

Europe time-zone preferred. Fluency in English is a must.

About the project:

Med-Aid is the first system ever that brings together healthcare providers with aid organizations to optimize aid according to actual needs and capabilities.

At the same time, we're working on purchasing medicines to deal with the fallout of war that is increasingly affecting civilians in Ukraine, as well as infections related to water quality and food shortages, and ongoing treatment of people who cannot evacuate, such as bedridden patients, cancer patients, acute heart diseases and psychiatric disorders.

We are working closely together with the ministry of health in Ukraine and various organizations who are active on the ground, to deliver aid in the most optimal way.

If you are passionate about global health and think you're a good fit, please apply. You'll be asked for your CV and need to have examples of campaigns you have worked on that include both web and social media.

Mission Statement

The World Infectious Disease Monitoring Organization (WoIDMo) is a non-profit organization, established in 2020, that brings together a network of individuals from around the world. Our mission is to raise awareness of the importance of monitoring infectious diseases globally and how they affect us. One of the important aspects of our foundation is to function as an early warning system for emerging diseases. We also support development of better diagnostics and enable fast delivery of diagnostics where needed, especially where resource-limited countries are involved. For this we work together with other NGO’s that have boots on the ground. To further our understanding of infectious diseases and how to deal with them, we aim to support researchers working on projects relevant to our goals.
