Blood donor ambassador do not donate blood; however, they do make sure our donors have a pleasant experience. The blood ambassador plays an important role by:
1.) Greeting all donors that enter the donation center.
2.) Answer questions donors may have.
3.) Monitor the donor after their donation, making sure donor is feeling well enough to leave center. For individuals not feeling well the volunteer will notify the onsite charge nurse.
4.) Manage the hospitality table, restocking drinks and snacks.

- 4 to 6 hours per month and volunteer for at least 3 months.
